Red Crescent: Seven Palestinians are reported to have been injured in an Israeli attack on Palestinian worshipers in Jerusalem.

Al Jazeera: More than 400 Palestinians arrested by Israeli soldiers.

Israeli media: 10 rockets fired towards Israel from Gaza under siege.

Israeli occupation forces are said to have violently attacked and evicted Muslim worshipers from Al-Mosque in occupied East Jerusalem, leaving many injured and arrested.

After breaking the windows in the Mosque, the occupation troops fired stun grenades before storming the holy shrines, beating up people and boxing worshippers.

The Palestinians mobilized quickly, especially as mosques in Jerusalem called for a general mobilization to protect the worshipers trapped in the Mosque and to allow doctors to reach the wounded.

The Red Crescent in Jerusalem also raised the alert level to the ‘maximum level’, asking all its crews and volunteers to join the rescue efforts.

Israeli media, citing Israeli police sources, said dozens of Palestinians were arrested from inside the Mosque.

Wide Criticism

The Palestinian Authority condemns what it describes as a violation of the sanctity of the holy sites in Jerusalem and has warned Israel not to cross “the red lines”.

“The occupation government is fully responsible for any deterioration, and must stop the interference that will have dangerous consequences,” Mahmoud Abbas’ office said in a statement.

For his part, the head of the political bureau of Hamas, Ismail Haniya, “asked the large number of people in the West Bank and 48 (historical Palestine, today’s Israel) to go to the Al-Aqsa Mosque and protect it.”

Haniyeh added, “Everyone must take responsibility, Palestine and Arabia, for what is happening in the Al-Aqsa Mosque,” describing what is happening as “an unprecedented crime that continues off.”

In the same context, the Secretary General of the Islamic Jihad Movement, Ziyad al-Nakhala, said, “What is happening in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque is a serious threat to our blessings,” adding, “People must of Palestine to be present with all its components for the inevitable confrontation in the coming days.”

‘Dangerous Increase’

Subsequently, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Jordan condemned Israel’s attack on the Al-Aqsa Mosque and its attack on it and the worshippers, seeing it as a blatant violation and an unacceptable act.

Jordan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned Israel “about the consequences of the dangerous escalation,” and said it was “responsible for what falls on the holy Al-Aqsa Mosque,” assuming that Tel Aviv is responsible for the dangerous consequences of the magnified, which could undermine your efforts. achieve calm and stop violence.

Objections

After the Israeli attack, thousands of Palestinians in Gaza, Nablus and other Palestinian cities and towns in the West Bank and Gaza took to the streets in spontaneous protests demanding mass mobilization against Israel.

Meanwhile the Israeli newspaper Jerusalem Post reported that several rockets were fired from Gaza towards Israel. No injuries were reported.
