She said, ‘I’m excited with my version of the film because we definitely changed that perspective where she’s trying to leave the ocean as a boy.’

Bailey continued, ‘As women we are amazing, we are independent, we are modern, we have everything and above… And I’m glad that Disney is updating some of those themes.’
