Four Palestinians were shot dead by Israel’s occupation army in the occupied West Bank, the Palestinian Ministry of Health said. He also said that a 16-year-old boy was among the dead. Another 20 Palestinians were injured in the raid. Witnesses said Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Jenin and set fire to two Palestinians.
The number of Israeli raids across the occupied West Bank has increased in recent months, along with violence by illegal settlers who have even turned against Israeli forces at times.
More than 80 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces so far this year. Last year in the occupied West Bank was estimated to be the deadliest since 2015, but the number of deaths this year has already almost surpassed the number of deaths seen in 2022.
