In a gym in South Florida, Tekashi 6ix9ine was brutally beaten by a group of men, suffering injuries so severe that he had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital. According to 6ix9ine’s attorney, Lance Lazzaro tells TMZ that while he was inside the sauna at LA Fitness on Tuesday, several guys attacked him without warning. Lazzaro says 6ix9ine tried to fight off the attackers, but they were too many, and he was beaten to a pulp before fleeing. At the time of the attack, 6ix9ine did not have security with him.

An employee of the gym heard the commotion and immediately informed the manager. He was transported to the hospital by ambulance after police and EMS arrived on the scene. You can see the damage to Tekashi’s face in the photo taken from the hospital – he has gashes and swelling. Apart from his jaw, ribs and back, he also suffered injuries. According to Lazzaro, the next step is to contact the Feds to make sure 6ix9ine gets the protection he clearly deserves. After cooperating with authorities to land several of his gang cohorts behind bars, he was granted early release from federal prison. Tekashi’s cooperation may have had something to do with the gym attack.
